Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with a little olive oil and season well with salt.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes or until the potatoes turn golden and crispy. Turn every 5-10 minutes to ensure cooking is even on all sides. For crispier potatoes, spray with a little extra oil throughout cooking.
